Refund and cancellation

This text is a working draft and can be replaced later. JEHHA Food Seal is often printed to order.

Before print starts

An order can be cancelled before print approval. If a payment was received, the team will confirm the refund by email or WhatsApp.

After print approval

Once the print matter and logo are approved, a custom run cannot usually be refunded, unless the seal is defective or the print does not match the approved file.
